Best Books on Spirituality
I wanted to share this article on the books I have read in my life and the ones which I believe were the best and had the biggest impact on me. The first thing I want to say is that the best books I have read in terms of spiritual development was probably The Great White Brotherhood Book’s and probably the books on Buddhism. To be honest, I don’t think its necessary for you to read all these books, but the ones from The Great White Brotherhood are probably the best books and they all free on their website https://thegreatwhitebrotherhood.org/ To be completely honest, I feel that I have perhaps pursued spirituality to some extreme and really pushed myself and I don’t think it strictly necessary to actually read all these books that I have read over the years. But again the best ones I have read are probably the ones from The Great White Brotherhood.
Please also note that all books from the Great White Brotherhood are free online as well the one I heavily recommend and the one that has existed for thousands of years is the Tao Te Ching and this is the one I most recommend and you can buy a physical copy or you can get free translaations for the text online.
But please don’t feel the need to spend even a single penny on any spiritual books because spirituality should not come at any financial cost to you.
Tao Te Ching
Perhaps the best book on spirituality I have grown from and is in a league of its own, I liked the translation from Derek Lin. Some of my old time favourite quotes from this book are:

“Only when one recgonzies the fault as a fault, can one be without fault”

Buddhism Plain and Simple Read 2022 – Good book on understanding Buddhism and the four noble truths
Unhindered: A Mindful Path Through the Five Hindrances Read 2022 – Very good book on overcoming the five hindrances
Dhammapada Read 2022 – Didn’t really enjoy this book too much.

The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment Read 2019 – Already knew about the importance of the present moment, but an ok read.A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose Read 2019 – Can’t remember too much of this.
Siddhartha Read 2021 – Decent read.
The Bhagavad Gita Read 2022 – Few good points on meditation.
Upanishads Read 2022 – Great quote on “those who realize that all life is one. Are at thome everywhere and see themselves in all beings”.
The Celestine Prophecy Read 2019 – Decent book, more of a story.
Autobiography of a Yogi read 2018 – Didn’t really like this book too much, I thought it wasn’t my type of book to be honest and was hard to relate to, but the story about Babaji was very cool.
The Tao of Pooh Read 2024 - Not my favourite book, wasn’t very good in my opinion.
